Water Sandblaster

Wet or water sandblasting is used in sandblasting operations where dust formation cannot or should not occur, mostly in facade cleaning. For wet sandblasting, we offer the following technology: a nozzle holder with a water connector must be purchased additionally for the sandblaster. Water and sand mix before exiting the nozzle. There are then two solutions WBA (Wet Blast Attachment) and WBN (Wet Blast Nozzles).

For the WBA solution, conventional sandblasting nozzles can be used, and this involves adding water to the sand to reduce abrasive dust.

For the WBN solution, special nozzles (sizes 6.5 mm, 8 mm, or 9.5 mm) are used, and the mixing between sand and water is complete.
